Sport bra shopping tips:
- Look for a sports bra that separates your breast & is bra sized.
- Seaming – generally the more seaming and structure that a bra has the better the support.
- Look for straps that adjustable, comfortable & don’t dig in.
- Keep fabric breathability in mind, most sports bras now are made with some type of technological fabrics with wicking capabilities
Remember – if your sports bra is stretchy enough to pull on over your head , it is not giving you the support that you need! Consider it a sports top, not a sports bra.
