Where is Forever Yours Lingerie located?

We are located at 20460 Fraser Highway, in Langley, British Columbia, Canada

Do you have other locations?

Unfortunately, we don't have other locations. If you're not local - shop with us online!

Do I need an appointment for a bra fitting?

We don't require you to make an appointment, but you're welcome to make one if you're pressed for time! Appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes between Monday and Friday and include one-on-one time with one of our Fit Specialists. Without an appointment, there may be a wait to work with one of our fitters during busier times. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, you can do so here.

What makes your staff qualified to provide bra fittings?

All of the Bra Fit Specialists at Forever Yours Lingerie are put through an intense training process, which can take up to three months to complete. Once the training has been completed, the trainee will conduct fittings under the supervision of a manager, or a senior staff member, until she is ready to conduct them on her own. Even long after the training process, our staff periodically attend workshops and information sessions hosted by leading specialty bra manufacturers.

The lady that is fitting me for a bra is older/younger or larger/smaller than me; will she understand my needs?

Yes! We employ women of all ages, and all shapes and sizes. Our Bra Fit Specialists range in age from their early 20’s to mid 50’s and have various body types. Each one of us helps thousands of women per year; therefore, we are exposed to many different situations, and can understand personal needs beyond our own. We always work as a team and ask for the help of other women on staff, if it is needed. No need to worry, we have you covered regardless of age or size!

What sizes do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of bra sizes in A – N cups, and 28 – 50 band sizes. In lingerie, shape wear and sleepwear, we stock sizes small – 3X (select styles up to 5X). Please see our Shop By Size page for bra sizes we currently have in stock.

How are your products sized?

We use US, UK and EU bra sizing, depending on where the brand is from! This can make things a little tricky, but we’re always happy to help! Some of our items are sold in letter sizing (Small, Medium, Large etc) and others are sold in numeric dress sizing (6, 8, 10 etc).

While this sizing guide is generally a good place to start, make sure to check the “Fit Tips” tab on product pages, for more information regarding specific fit. Are the sizes you have on the sales floor, all you have in stock?

We have a huge stockroom full of sizes. We don't have enough room on the sales floor to display all the sizes and styles we carry. Just like a shoe store, if there is a specific style that you like, our staff can find it in the stockroom for you!

Do you host private parties/stagettes?

Yes! We host a variety of special events at Forever Yours Lingerie, and would love to host your next private party! Book a Private Party

Why are some products/bras more expensive?

Forever Yours Lingerie makes every effort to ensure the product range we bring to our customers, offers both quality and affordability. So why should you treat a bra as an investment? Three words… quality, comfort, and fit. Like a good pair of shoes, a good bra is an investment. It should be both comfortable and supportive; after all, you are wearing it all day! The two main reasons that some products are more expensive, are:

  1. - The materials used and construction of the garment, are of a high standard of quality.
  2. - The garment has been manufactured using skilled craftsmanship, and has undergone rigorous quality control testing. These garments are designed in a developed country, and often many components, or the whole piece, is made in developed countries as well. Some luxury brands, such as Prima Donna, can require up to 50 pieces to make one bra!

Birthday Discount

If you are subscribed to our emails, you will receive your discount code via email. If you want to redeem your birthday discount online, use the code provided in the email.

If you prefer to shop in-store, you don’t need to bring your code. If you have a customer file with us, your birthday has already been recorded. Let the cashier know that it’s your birthday month and we’ll take $20 off your purchase of $75 or more before tax.

How can I receive information about new arrivals, sales, and promotions?

ONLINE MEMBER PROFILE & ONLINE ORDERS

What are my online payment options?

At Forever Yours Lingerie online, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

What are the benefits of creating an online account?

With an online account, you can save your billing and shipping information, view past purchases, create a wishlist and access order information.

Is my in-store customer file the same as the online member profile?

Existing in-store customer files are not automatically linked to an online profile. You will only be able to view and access your online orders in your online profile. 

Can I redeem or purchase gift certificates online?

At this time, gift certificates cannot be sold or redeemed online at foreveryourslingerie.ca

Can I redeem my birthday coupon online?

Yes, if you are subscribed to our emails, you will receive your discount code via email. If you want to redeem your birthday discount online, use the code provided in the email..

My size is not listed on some products online. Does this mean the product does not come in my size?

Not necessarily. We list all sizes that we stock in a particular product. Sizes that have a strikethrough are sizes that are currently not in-stock. Some of our basic styles re-stock, while seasonal styles won't. If your size does not appear selection for a particular product, there is a chance that is not made in that size. Contact us at customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca if you’d like us to look into sizing availability.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Forever Yours Lingerie makes every effort to ensure that online orders are packaged and shipped to our clients in a timely manner, so orders can not always be cancelled or changed after they have been placed. Should a change to your order or a cancellation be required, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-855-432-1933 and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is shipped.

If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how can I find out whether it will be restocked?

If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. Unfortunately, if the item is a seasonal product, or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we may not be able to receive it again. If you are unsure if a specific item is able to be reordered, you may contact us at customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca, and we will look into this for you.

Do you use discreet packaging to ship your products?

All orders are shipped in white boxes or our compostable mailer if possible. We finish the package off with a pink sticker with our FYL signature logo on it. If you’d prefer to have a completely discrete package, contact us or include a message in your order notes and we would be happy to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely! For a small fee of $5 plus tax, we will wrap your gift using a gift box, wrapping paper and ribbon sealed with a handmade FYL wax seal. Let us know if you’d like us to include a Gift Receipt and we would be happy to do so.
