ABOUT OUR STORE

 

Where is Forever Yours Lingerie located?

We are located at 20460 Fraser Highway, in Langley, British Columbia, Canada

 

Do you have other locations?

Unfortunately, we do not have other locations; however, we do sell online and would be happy to ship your package to any location in Canada, the USA or Internationally! 

Do I need an appointment for a bra fitting?

Absolutely not! You can come into the store for your complimentary bra fitting, during any of our regular business hours. All of our bra fit specialists are highly trained and are looking forward to helping you find the perfect bra. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, call us at 604-532-1933 (kindly giving 24 hours notice if you can). Appointments are only taken on weekdays.

 

What makes your staff qualified to provide bra fittings?

All of the Bra Fit Specialists at Forever Yours Lingerie are put through an intense training process, which can take up to three months to complete. Once the training has been completed, the trainee will conduct fittings under the supervision of a manager, or a senior staff member, until she is ready to conduct them on her own. Even long after the training process, our staff periodically attend workshops and information sessions hosted by leading specialty bra manufacturers.



The lady that is fitting me for a bra is older/younger or larger/smaller than me; will she understand my needs?

Yes! We employ women of all ages, and all shapes and sizes. Our Bra Fit Specialists range in age from their early 20’s to mid 50’s and have various body types. Each one of us helps literally thousands of women per year; therefore, we are exposed to many different situations, and can understand personal needs beyond our own. We always work as a team and ask for the help of other women on staff, if it is needed. No need to worry, we have you covered regardless of age or size!

 

What sizes do you carry?

We carry a wide variety of bra sizes in A – N cups, and 28 – 50 band sizes. In lingerie, shape wear  and sleepwear, we stock sizes small – 3X (select styles up to 6X).  Please see our Size Chart for bra sizes we currently have in stock.

 

How are your products sized?

Our bras are mainly imported from European and American companies. We use the original European sizing method for most of our bras; however, some brands are sized using the American system (ie. Goddess bras). Often, women will find they are a smaller band size and a larger cup size in our bras. See our Bra School for more details on bra sizing!

Our sleepwear and lingerie usually fit as follows:

Small = 4-6
Medium = 6-8
Large = 10-12
X Large = 12-14
1X = 14-16
2X = 18-20
3X = 22-24
4X = 24-26
5X = 26-28

While this sizing guide is generally a good place to start, make sure to check the “Fit Tips” tab on product pages, for more information regarding specific fit. Do you carry plus sizes?

Yes we do! We cater to all sizes, carrying lingerie from a small – 6X, and bras from B-N cups and 28 – 50 band sizes. We place a special emphasis on sourcing and stocking a full array of styles for the fabulous fuller figure! Are the sizes you have on the sales floor, all you have in stock?

Not at all – we have a huge stock room full of sizes! We simply do not have enough room on the sales floor to display all the sizes and styles we carry. Just like a shoe store, if there is a specific style that you like, our staff can find it in the stockroom for you!

 

Do you host private parties/stagettes?

Yes! We host a variety of special events at Forever Yours Lingerie, and would love to host your next private party! Please see our Special Events page for details, or click here for more Information about Private Parties.

 

Do you offer bridal gift registries?

Forever Yours Lingerie does offer bridal gift registries to our in-store shoppers. You can come in anytime to start one – no appointment necessary. While you try on items and make your selections, your personal shopper will assist you with her lingerie expertise and one-on-one customer service. She will take note of all the items you would like added to your registry, so you won’t have to lift a finger! Please do keep in mind that fitting room service is on a first-come, first-served basis, and weekends can be quite busy. Give yourself lots of time to start a bridal gift registry, so that we may provide you with the best service possible.

 

Do you carry bridal undergarments?

Yes! We make every effort to keep a large selection of strapless bras, shape wear and bustiers, in stock at all times. From weddings or grad, to a vacation or business meeting, we believe that women of all shapes and sizes should be able to have fantastic and functional lingerie for any occasion. Do you carry sports bras?

Yes! We carry a variety of athletic sports bras from leading specialty bra brands – Freya, Panache, Elomi, Enell, Anita and more! Our sports bras range from light-high impact designs, and A – J cup sizes, so there’s something for everyone and every activity!

 

Do you carry nursing bras?

Yes! We have a very large selection of nursing bras from leading specialty bra brands – Bravado, Hot Milk  Cake, Panache, Freya and more! Our nursing bras range from B – N cups and 28 – 48 band sizes. Do you ever have sales?

Yes! We have end-of-season sales, including our Winter Clearance and Spring Clearance, in which we clear out products from the previous season. We always have a clearance section online, and at the back of our store, and we are continually adding to it with discontinued styles. In addition to these regular markdowns, if you start a FREE in-store customer file with us, you are eligible to receive exclusive discounts and take part in our customer loyalty program. We also host seasonal customer shopping parties that include fabulous discounts! Why are some products/bras more expensive?

Forever Yours Lingerie makes every effort to ensure the product range we bring to our customers, offers both quality and affordability. Our products range in price from 99¢ to $195.99, with bras starting at $49.99. So why should you invest more than $49.99 in one bra? Three words… quality, comfort, and fit. Like a good pair of shoes, a good bra is an investment. It should be both comfortable and supportive; after all, you are wearing it all day! The two main reasons that some products are more expensive, are:

  1. The materials used and construction of the garment, are of a high standard of quality.
  2. The garment has been manufactured using skilled craftsmanship, and has undergone rigorous quality control testing. These garments are designed in a developed country, and often many components, or the whole piece, is made in developed countries as well. Some luxury brands, such as Prima Donna, can require up to 50 pieces to make one bra!

Both of these components ensure that the you are receiving a product that is both comfortable and beautiful, and will last a long time with proper care. So the next time you are in a fitting room and are hesitant to try that bra that’s marked at $100… compare it to the bra that’s marked at $49.99. Look at the details on the more expensive bra – the finishing, the quality of the lace, the feel of the fabrics. Consider the thought that went into giving you the best comfort and fit possible – the anatomically shaped band, the cushioned underwire, the gently tapering straps… Try it on and notice how much better it feels, and ask yourself this… aren’t I worth having a beautiful and practical garment that fits me well, gives me the support that I need, and is comfortable all day long?

 

What is your in-store return policy?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise, with the original tags attached, and the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Within 60 days of purchase, an exchange or credit note will be issued for unworn items, with original tags attached, and the original receipt. No merchandise may be returned after 60 days.

  1. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.
  2. Due to Health Regulations, for hygiene reasons: panties, swimwear, lingerie, corsets, or anything that has an inseam (crotch), or comes with a panty, are a FINAL SALE. All hosiery products, sexy lingerie, and products with adhesive (ie. nipple covers, backless bras etc.) are also a FINAL SALE.
  3. Corsets are a FINAL SALE if at all worn.
  4. All clearance items (items marked at 50% off or more) are a FINAL SALE.
  5. We DO NOT offer price adjustments.
  6. Returns on holiday gift purchases (purchased as a gift for someone else, from November 15 – December 31) will be accepted until January 15th of the new year (15 days after December 31 of the preceding year). Exchanges or credit notes for holiday gift purchases bought in the preceding year, will be offered until the last day of February, of the new year (60 days from December 31 of the preceding year).

What are my in-store payment options?

At our in-store location we accept Cash, Interac, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Forever Yours Lingerie Gift Certificates, as payment.

 

What are the benefits of creating an in-store customer file?

At Forever Yours Lingerie, we offer the following benefits to our customers, with a free in-store customer file:

  1. We keep a detailed, automatic record of all the items you have bought over the past 18 months. If you give us a phone call or drop by the store, we can look up your purchase history in a matter of minutes!
  2. We offer a points program at FYL. For every 2 dollars spent (before tax), you will receive a point. When you reach 400 points, you will receive a $25.00 discount on your next purchase over $75.00 (before tax)
  3. You will receive $20.00 off one purchase valued at $75.00 or more before tax, if you shop with us during the month of your birthday! First time customers who are shopping in the month of their birthday will receive $10.00 off one purchase valued at $50.00 or more before tax. Coupons are now only being emailed, so make sure we have your current email address on file! If you do not wish to receive email communications from us about new arrivals, sales, and promotions, we will still honor your birthday discount anytime during your birthday month, without the coupon present.
  4. We respect your privacy! Our customers’ personal information is never sold or shared with third parties, and we only mail you a postcard once a year.

 

I didn’t receive my birthday coupon in the mail… can I still get the discount?

Yes! We have been paperless with the birthday coupons since August 2013. This means Birthday Coupons will only be emailed to our customers, and will no longer be mailed. If you did not receive your birthday coupon via email, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca to confirm that we have your email address on file. If you did not receive your emailed birthday coupon, but you receive other email communications from us, click the Constant Contact link at the bottom of any email you receive from Forever Yours Lingerie, and check that your email preferences are set up correctly, indicating that you would like to receive birthday coupon emails from us.

If you would like to receive your birthday coupon via email, but would not like to receive any other email communications from Forever Yours Lingerie, you may click the Constant Contact link at the bottom of any email you received from us, and change your email preferences so that you only receive your birthday email, once a year in the month of your birthday.

To redeem your coupon in-store, you do not need to print anything out. Just let the cashier know that it is your birthday month when you get to the till. The discount may only be used once and may be used any day in the month of your birthday.

What are fashion styles or fashion colours?

Fashion styles and colours are seasonal products, which means they are only available for a specific season, and are discontinued by the manufacturer after distribution. Fashion styles are often ordered 6 months to a year in advance, and usually cannot be reordered. So if there is a fashion colour or fashion style that you like, you may want to get it before it’s gone!

What are my online payment options?

At Forever Yours Lingerie, we offer the following benefits to our customers, with a free online member profile:

  1. Edit any of your personal information in your customer account
  2. Update or edit your shipping information
  3. Share your wishlist with friends, family, or your other half, with the e-mail wishlist option
  4. Enjoy a faster checkout experience
  5. Access pending orders, tracking information, and past order history
  6. We respect your privacy! Our customers’ personal information is never sold or shared with third parties

What if I forget my password for my online member profile?

If you forget your password for your online member profile, simply slick on the “Forgot password?” link on the My Account page. Enter the email address you used to sign up, and you will be sent an email with a link to rest your password.

Is my in-store customer file the same as the online member profile?

At this time, existing in-store customer files are not automatically linked to an online profile. You must create an online profile first. After you make your first purchase, your online file is linked to your in-store profile.  Your points gained from online purchases are automatically added to your in-store file.

 

Can I redeem points from my in-store account, on online purchases?

Points are an in-store customer rewards program we offer at Forever Yours Lingerie. At this time, customer loyalty points, are only for in-store redemption.



Can I redeem or purchase gift certificates online?

At this time, gift certificates cannot be sold or redeemed online at foreveryourslingerie.ca

Can I redeem my birthday coupon online?

Yes you may. As of August 2013, birthday coupons are emailed to our clients, and will no longer sent through physical mail. Your birthday coupon email will include a unique, one-time use birthday coupon code that you can enter in the online cart to redeem your discount. Birthday coupons may still be used in-store, but you can NOT use your birthday discount both online and in-store, in the same calendar year. Once your birthday coupon has been redeemed either online or in-store, your file will automatically be marked that it has been used, and the coupon no longer applies.

 



My size is not listed in the drop-down on some products online. Does this mean the product does not come in my size?

Not necessarily. We list all sizes that Forever Yours Lingerie stocks in a particular product, in the selection menu. Grayed out sizes in the drop-down menu are sizes that are currently not in stock in that particular product. If your size does not appear in black or gray text in the selection menu for a particular product, it will be for one of the following reasons:

  1. The product is not manufactured in that size
  2. Forever Yours does not stock that particular product in that size, but it may be available to special order, with a 100% deposit*
  3. It is a discontinued size, colour, or style, and it will not become available again

If your size is not available a pink tab will automatically appear below the selection menu. On this you may opt to receive an email notification when the item you like is back in stock. Please note that by doing so you do not put your item on hold.

All the sizes we carry in a specific style, are listed on each individual product page, under the “Sizes” tab. Click this tab and all the sizes we stock will be highlighted in pink on a bra size chart, or otherwise clearly displayed. For a list of products that we DO have in your size, please click a size in our Size Chart!



Do you back order products?

In the rare event that an item you have ordered online is not in-stock, you will be notified and refunded accordingly within 24 business hours. You may contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca if you would like to be notified when a certain product becomes available again; however, we do require a 50% deposit on all back orders.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Forever Yours Lingerie makes every effort to ensure that online orders are packaged and shipped to our clients in a timely manner, so orders can not always be cancelled or changed after they have been placed. Should a change to your order or a cancellation be required, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-855-432-1933 and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is shipped.


If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how can I find out whether it will be restocked?

If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. Unfortunately, if the item is a seasonal product, or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we may not be able to receive it again. If you are unsure if a specific item is able to be reordered, you may contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca, and we will look into this for you.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on foreveryourslingerie.ca?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your credit card online at foreveryourslingerie.ca; we use industry standard encryption through to ensure your credit card safety. However, if you do feel uncomfortable using your card over the internet, please feel free to call us at 1-855-432-1933 and we would be happy to process your credit card purchase over the phone.

 

Do you use discreet packaging to ship your products?

All orders are shipped in plain packaging, and our shipping label does not mention our name or the word “lingerie”. In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely, and it is always free of charge! All you have to do is choose the gift wrap option during your checkout.



Can I place an order by telephone?

Of course you can! Please feel free to call us at 1-855-432-1933 during our regular business hours and we would be happy to process your order, and answer any questions you may have.



How do I use a coupon online?

At the bottom of the shopping cart, above your order total before taxes and shipping, there is a space that you can enter your coupon code. Type the code, as it appears on your FYL coupon, into this space. Then click the recalculate button for your new order total, before taxes and shipping. At this time, some FYL coupons, such as the in-store $10 Gift Cards, are not redeemable online. If it is your birthday month, you may use the unique coupon code present in your birthday email from Forever Yours Lingerie. If you did not receive your birthday email, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca.

SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Our shipping rates are as follows:

 

 

*Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.

 

How do I track my order?

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Canada Post, or another carrier used to ship your package. In your confirmation email there will be a tracking number, which you can enter on the shipping carrier’s website to track your package. Alternatively, if you have an online member profile with Forever Your Lingerie, you will have access to your order details, and up-to-date tracking information under the “Pending Orders” tab in your account.

 

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 2-3 days, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. Orders placed before 3 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays, will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will normally ship the next business day.

Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control.

My event is in two days! How can I receive my order faster?

Select Priority Shipping during checkout (if you are located in Canada). Unfortunately we cannot expedite international orders due to border control and customs procedures which we do not control.



Does Forever Yours Lingerie ship internationally?

Our online store is able to ship to most countries in the world. If you do not see your location in the drop-down menu in the cart, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca for detailed information regarding shipping to your country, including delivery estimates and rates.



Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes for shipping internationally?

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.

Products made in North America (Canada, the United States, or Mexico) are covered by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and are not subject to customs duties; however, they may be subject to US taxes. Products made in any other country will be subject to US customs duties, which are charged as a % of the retail price.

 

What is your return policy for merchandise purchased online?

We offer 30 day exchanges & returns on products purchased online (14 days when purchased in-store). The item must have all of its original tags attached, it must not be worn, and it must be free of all scent.

  1. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
  2. Due to Health Regulations, for hygiene reasons: panties, swimwear, lingerie, corsets, or anything that has an inseam (crotch), or comes with a panty, are a FINAL SALE.
  3. All clearance items are a FINAL SALE.
  4. We do not offer price adjustments.

**Forever Yours Lingerie limits returns and exchanges up to $600 or up to 6 items per customer per year (excluding size exchanges).**

**To protect the best interests of our clients, all returns and exchanges on all unworn bridal undergarments (bustiers or strapless bras) must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the ship date. This is to ensure that every bride has the option of choosing her necessary undergarments, regardless of seasonal demand. Thank you for your understanding.**

What if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise?

Forever Yours Lingerie makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the merchandise our clients receive is correct as per the order confirmation, and is free from any manufacturer’s defect, or other damage. In the highly unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact the store at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca

to explain the situation. We will likely request that you send back to us the damaged or incorrect merchandise C.O.D. (we pay the shipping cost upon arrival of the merchandise at our store) and either refunding you for the amount of the item(s) or sending the correct/undamaged item(s) or a similar replacement (as per the client’s approval).

Forever Yours Lingerie will ensure that you don’t have to pay a cent for a mistake made on our part!

 

How do I return something?

Your return or exchange of merchandise purchased online, MUST be issued a Return Authorization Number before it will be accepted at Forever Yours Lingerie. To obtain an RA# and further return instructions, call us Toll Free at 1-855-432-1933

 

Can I return merchandise purchased online, at your in-store location?

Yes, merchandise purchased online may be returned in-store at our Langley boutique, provided the merchandise is eligible for return, according to our Online Merchandise Return Policy. Your receipt must be present at the time of return, and you must advise the staff member processing your return in-store, that the merchandise was originally purchased online.

 

How do I check the status of my return?

Returns with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box, will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account. Click here for more information regarding online returns.

Who pays for return shipping? What if I order the wrong size?

Shipping charges for returns (and exchanges for a different product, or the same product in a different colour), are at the expense of the customer. Please follow our regular return procedures to ensure your return or exchange is eligible for processing.

Forever Yours Lingerie offers free shipping for your new size! If you wish to exchange an item for another size (in the same style and colour), simply follow our return procedures for the returning item, and we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost. (Shipping the returning item to Forever Yours Lingerie, is at your expense)

Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will only pay to ship a new size, of the same style and colour, one time per order. If a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment. Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie, when possible.
