Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Sezzle (Pay-in-4 option now available in the cart).
Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays.
Due to an overwhelming increase in orders, general processing time may take 5-10 days to be processed and picked up by Canada Post. While we are doing our very best to process items as quickly as possible, we are working with a reduced work force and appreciate your patience and consideration. Please note that USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes (VAT), as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.
IN-STORE PICKUP OPTION
We are now offering both In Store and Curbside Pick-Up options. Please ensure that you have received an email from us stating that your order is ready.
If you selected “Curbside/In-Store Pickup” as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total, your order will not be shipped. When your order status is updated to “ready for pickup” via email, you will be responsible for picking up your order at our Langley boutique, at the following address:
Please allow up to 7-10 days for your “pickup” order to be processed and ready for pickup.
For In Store Pick-Up:
When you arrive at the store, notify the FYL associate at the front door that you would like to pick up your online order. If the store has not exeeded 15 people, you may be asked to come inside. Otherwise, we will bring your pick-up order out to you.
For curbside Pick-Up:
Please carefully read the following instructions to ensure the safety of our staff, yourself and other customers that may be waiting. You MUST adhere strictly to our Curbside Pick Up Procedure.
Now that we have reopened, our No Contact Curbside Pickup is available during business hours of Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm & Sunday 10am - 5pm.
- 1. When you are parked in front of our store, please call 604-532-1933 with your last name, order number and state that you would prefer contactless order pick up.
- 2. Please wait in your vehicle or in front of the pick-up sign on the sidewalk.
(If someone is already waiting there, please wait in your vehicle until the person in front of you is gone)
- 3. One of our staff will bring your order out and leave it on the pink FYL pick-up circle.
Please stay in your vehicle or by the Pick-up sign while our staff member is outside.
- 4. Once our staff member has gone back inside, please pick up your package.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 7-10 days during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays.
Forever Yours Lingerie will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. Forever Yours Lingerie is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. i.e. Weather delays, Canada Post missorts, Canada Post errors.

Orders to be Shipped
After your online order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier, with a tracking number for your package. You may copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking field on the carrier’s website; for Canada Post tracking, click here. Please note that we do not safedrop packages unless otherwise requested.
Orders to be Picked Up In-Store
After your online order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up in-store.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS (INVENTORY ERRORS)
While we do our best to ensure online inventory levels are accurate, there is always the possibility of data errors. Our online inventory is reflective of our in-store inventory so naturally, popular items may be sold in-store before the automatic, website inventory sync process occurs. In the event that an item you have ordered online is not actually in-stock, you will be notified within 3 business days, and will either be refunded for the item or provided with a similar alternitive. SALES, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Our online merchandise is priced the same as the merchandise in our store, with the exception of exclusive in-store or online promotions. Occasionally, Forever Yours Lingerie may offer a time-limited promotion that is applicable only to in-store sales OR online sales. In such case, the pricing between the store and the online store may vary. Purchases made either online or in-store during such promotions, will not be offered price adjustments after the point of sale.
We do not issue price-adjustments on previously purchased merchandise, online or in-store.
The GST/HST/RST/QST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.
USA & INTERNATIONAL
There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Forever Yours Lingerie. Sales tax may be added by US/international customs, or by your chosen carrier. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Forever Yours Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise that is eligible for return, within 45 days of your order being processed (or 30 days when purchased in-store from when the store re-opened on June 1st, 2020). The date of original purchase is clearly marked on your receipt.

- We offer 45 day exchanges & returns on products purchased online (30 days when purchased in-store from when the store re-opened on June 1st, 2020). The item must have all of its original tags attached and it must be accompanied by a Web Return Authorization. Please contact us at email@example.com to authorize your return. All items must not be worn, and it must be free from all scent.
- All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
- Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons: masks, panties, one-piece swimwear, lingerie (anything that has an gusset/crotch section), or comes with an attached panty (lingerie with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE.
- All sale items are a FINAL SALE; sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
- We do not offer price adjustments.
- In-store gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned
- All accessories and anything with an adhesive base (nipple covers) are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

BOTH OPTIONS REQUIRE A WEB AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. PLEASE EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERCARE@FOREVERYOURSLINGERIE.CA TO OBTAIN THIS NUMBER.
1. Exchanges are technically just a reorder and a refund. If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend that you go onto our website and purchase the replacement item that you would like. It will be either be shipped out to you or be available for pick up. You can then send the return item back to the address below, or drop it off at the store during business hours (listed below). You will be notified via email when the replacement item that you purchased is available for you to pick up. When you receive this email, bring your return item when you pick up your order, so that you will only have to make one trip. Please wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready to be picked up before bringing your return item.
2. When you drop off your item curbside or send it back via mail, please include the original or a copy of the purchase receipt in your return package. Please write your web authorization # on the top of the receipt AND the outside of the package.

While we ask that the customer pays for return shipping to us, we will always ship the exchange back free of charge.
1. To return your item for a refund/credit please include the original or a copy of the purchase receipt in your return package. Please write your web authorization # on the top of the receipt AND the outside of the package.
2. Send your package back to the RETURNS & EXCHANGES address above, or drop off during our business hours (listed below)

If you prefer Contactless Drop Off, please call the store at 604-532-1933 when you arrive and let us know that you are dropping off a return. Please ensure that there is a receipt in the package, as well as your WR# is written on the outside of the package.
Because of COVID-19 we will be letting returns sit for at least 3 days before we handle them, so please allow approximately 5-7 business days for the exchange/return to be processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie.
- We recommend that you send your return to Forever Yours Lingerie via an insured carrier. Forever Yours Lingerie will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
- Return postage is at the customer's expense, exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you paid via PayPal and are returning online merchandise in-store, a sales associate will bring your order to our Web Department for processing. Your PayPal account will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
