Shipping & Returns




Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. 


Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. Please expect a turnaround time of 1-3 business days. If an order is placed on Friday, the package will not be shipped or readied for pick-up until Monday or Tuesday the following week, depending on volume and/or holidays.


Our shipping rates are as follows*:

*Please note that USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes (VAT), as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.

** All online purchases ordered under our “Free Shipping” promotion will be carried out via Canada Post Expedited Shipping or USPS. If another carrier option is desired, regular shipping rates will apply. “Free Shipping” promotions apply to Canadian and USA shipments only.  

*** Some rural areas in Canada require delivery via aircraft. These regions that begin with the following postal codes will be charged additional fees not listed in the above table.

International Shipments
Our online store is able to ship to most countries in the world. If you do not see your location in the drop-down menu in the cart, please contact us at customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca.


Please allow up to 2 business days to process your in-store pick-up order. Orders may not be updated over the weekends. A separate email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup at our Langley, BC location:

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 48 hours, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. 

Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control*. 

* Shipping and delivery dates are an estimate only. Forever Yours Lingerie cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery times, for reasons including, but not limited to:

  1. Local, provincial/state, or national holidays
  2. Delays at customs (international orders only)
  3. Postal strikes or closures
  4. Natural disasters

Orders to be Shipped
After your online order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier, with a tracking number for your package. You may copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking field on the carrier’s website; for Canada Post tracking, click here

Orders to be Picked Up In-Store
Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up in-store.

 If you wish to return or exchange an online order, please email customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca to request authorization. 



  1. We offer a 30 day return & exchange period on all eligible products purchased online (14 days when purchased in-store). The item must have all of its original tags attached and be unworn.
  2. Due to health regulations and for hygienic reasons, panties, one-piece swimwear, and lingerie – anything that has a gusset/crotch – or comes with an attached panty (eg. lingerie piece with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE. 
  3. All sale items are a FINAL SALE; sale items cannot be returned for a full refund. Sale items purchased online are eligible for exchange only.
  4. We do not offer price adjustments.
  5. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned or replaced if lost.


  1. Email customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca, and request a return/exchange authorization. Please explain the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the size or item you wish to exchange for. Please note – inventory moves fast and we may not have all sizes available. You can check to see if your size is available on our website.
  2. When you receive a return authorization, write the number clearly on the outside of your return package (ex. WR#1234)
  3. Ship the return to the following address:

If it is more convenient for the customer, merchandise purchased online may be returned or exchanged in-store at our Langley boutique. Please bring your online order receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.

Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are expected to cover the cost of return shipping. Exchanges are always shipped back to the customer free of charge.


All returns will be processed within 2-3 business days once we receive your return package. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
