ORDERING METHODS

Forever Yours Lingerie Ordering Methods

*Orders placed over the phone may only be paid for with a credit card, existing in-store credit, or Forever Yours Lingerie in-store gift certificate. Forever Yours Lingerie follows the correct, legal procedures for processing non-card present credit card transactions.

**Emailed orders may only be paid for with a credit card, existing in-store credit, or Forever Yours Lingerie in-store gift certificate. Please note, for your credit card safety, Forever Yours Lingerie will contact our emailing customers via telephone, to collect the necessary credit card information required to process payment. For your protection, you should never send your credit card information via email. Forever Yours Lingerie follows the correct, legal procedures for processing non-card present credit card transactions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Your online payment options are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Paypal is an online secure processor that allows customers to send e-payment for products and services via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, or directly from an approved bank account.

Your payment options for phone or email orders are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, existing in-store credit, or Forever Yours Lingerie In-Store Gift Certificates.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed as they are received, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, the package will not be shipped or readied for pick-up until Monday or Tuesday the following week, depending on volume and/or holidays.

Orders placed before 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays, will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will normally ship the next business day.

*Please note that USA and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes (VAT), as assessed by international customs. If customs duties and taxes are applied to an order, these charges are in addition to shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the documentation required by international and US customs, in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for products made in North America. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge.

** All online purchases ordered under our “Free Shipping” promotion will be carried out via Canada Post Expedited Shipping or USPS. If another carrier option is desired, regular shipping rates will apply. “Free Shipping” promotions apply to Canadian and USA shipments only.  

*** Some rural areas in Canada require delivery via aircraft. These regions that begin with the following postal codes will be charged additional fees not listed in the above table.

Forever Yours Lingerie may upgrade the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Standard shipping prices may increase periodically.

International Shipments
Our online store is able to ship to most countries in the world. If you do not see your location in the drop-down menu in the cart, please contact us at 1-855-432-1933 to place your order over the phone..

IN-STORE PICKUP OPTION

If you selected “pick up in-store” as your shipping option during checkout, no shipping charge will be added to your total, your order will not be shipped. When your order status is updated to “ready for pickup”, you will be responsible for picking up your order at our Langley boutique, at the following address:

Please allow up to 2 business days for your “pickup” order to be processed and ready for pickup. You may authorize another individual to pick up your order for you. If you choose to do so, please enter the first and last name of the individual who will be picking up your order, in the “PickUp Name” space at checkout.*

*Please note that if the name of the person who comes to pick up your order, differs from the PickUp Name specified at checkout, he or she will not be allowed to leave with the order, until we successfully make contact with you, either by phone or email, and receive authorization from you, to give the individual your order.

 

Unless Forever Yours Lingerie is instructed by the customer to hold a completed order longer, if an online order is not picked up from our Langley Boutique within 90 days of the original order date, the customer will be refunded in the same form of payment used at checkout, and the merchandise contained in the order will be returned to our regular stock.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method you choose during the checkout process, and the date the order is processed. Orders are processed within 48 hours, during our regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays, and national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday, excluding national and B.C. provincial statutory holidays, will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (Pacific Standard Time), will normally ship the next business day.

Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time, but unfortunately once the package has been given to the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. Forever Yours Lingerie is not held liable for any circumstances delaying shipping beyond our control. i.e. Weather delays, Canada Post missorts, Canada Post errors.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Orders to be Shipped
After your online order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier, with a tracking number for your package. You may copy and paste this tracking number into the tracking field on the carrier’s website; for Canada Post tracking, click here. Alternatively, if you have an online member profile at foreveryourslingerie.ca you will have access to your order details, and up-to-date tracking information under the “Pending Orders” tab in your account.

Orders to be Picked Up In-Store
After your online order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up in-store. If you have an online member profile at foreveryourslingerie.ca, you will have access to your order details and status under the “Pending Orders” tab in your account.

BACK ORDERS

While we do our best to ensure online inventory levels are accurate, there is always the possibility of data errors, or that popular items may be sold in-store before the automatic, hourly update process occurs. In the rare event that an item you have ordered online is not actually in-stock, you will be notified and refunded accordingly within 24 business hours, and the rest of your order will ship as normal. You may contact us at 1-855-432-1933 or customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca if you would like to be notified and have the item held for you when it becomes available again; however, we do require a minimum 50% deposit on all back orders.

If the refund for a back ordered item causes your order to fall below the $200 free shipping minimum, your shipping for the first order will still be free of charge. If you opt to place a deposit on a refunded, out-of-stock item, you will be charged our regular flat rate for the second shipment.


SALES, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Our online merchandise is priced the same as the merchandise in our store, with the exception of exclusive in-store or online promotions. Occasionally, Forever Yours Lingerie may offer a time-limited promotion that is applicable only to in-store sales OR online sales. In such case, the pricing between the store and the online store may vary. Purchases made either online or in-store during such promotions, will not be offered price adjustments after the point of sale.

When purchasing online, a sale price will be listed next to the regular price. If on sale, the regular price will appear with a strikethrough.

We do not issue price-adjustments on previously purchased merchandise, online or in-store.


SALES TAX

Canada
The GST/HST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.

USA & International
There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. Sales tax may be added by US/international customs, or by your chosen carrier. You will be required to pay any charges added by third parties, upon receipt of your shipment. Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

Forever Yours Lingerie guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise that is eligible for return*, within 30 days of your order being processed (within 14 days of date of purchase, when merchandise is purchased in-store). The date of original purchase is clearly marked on your receipt.

ONLINE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

  1. We offer 30 day exchanges & returns on products purchased online (14 days when purchased in-store). The item must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number (to receive an RA# please follow our Return Procedures). It must not be worn, and it must be free from all scent.
  2. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
  3. Due to Health Regulations, for hygiene reasons: panties, swimwear, lingerie, or anything that has an inseam (crotch), or comes with a panty (including corsets with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE.
  4. All sale items are a FINAL SALE; sale items cannot be returned for a full refund. 
  5. We do not offer price adjustments.
  6. Returns on holiday gift purchases (purchased as a gift for someone else, from November 15 – December 31) will be accepted until January 15th of the new year (15 days after December 31 of the preceding year). Exchanges or credit notes for holiday gift purchases bought in the preceding year, will be offered until the last day of February, of the new year (60 days from December 31 of the preceding year).
  7. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned
  8. Forever Yours Lingerie limits returns/exchanges up to $600 or up to 6 items, whichever is reached first, per customer per year.
  9. All unworn bridal undergarments (bustiers and strapless bras) must be returned within 15 days of the ship date, due to high seasonal demand.
  10. All accessories are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.



SIZE EXCHANGE OFFER

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, in the same style and colour, simply follow our return procedures for the returning item, and Forever Yours Lingerie will ship the new size to you at no additional cost (within Canada and the USA only).

Shipping the returning item to Forever Yours Lingerie is at the customer’s expense. If you have ordered multiple items that require exchanging, please ship all items together.

Forever Yours Lingerie Ltd. will only pay to ship a new size of the same style and colour, one time per order. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie, when possible.


RETURN PROCEDURES

To ensure your return of merchandise purchased at foreveryourslingerie.ca is eligible for processing, please complete the following steps:

    1. Check your receipt to ensure the 30 day return time frame has not expired. Also, please ensure that your item(s) comply with our Online Merchandise Return Policy, and are eligible for processing.
    2. Contact us during regular business hours, at 1-855-432-1933 or anytime via customercare@foreveryourslingerie.ca, and request a return authorization number. If you are emailing your request, please explain in detail the reason for the return, the condition of the returning merchandise, and disclose any other information pertinent to the return. Returns or exchanges that do not have a return authorization number, will be sent back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
    3. When you receive a return authorization number, write the number clearly on the outside of the package (ex. RA# 1234)
    4. Ship the return to the following address:

If it is more convenient for the customer, merchandise purchased online may be returned in-store at our Langley boutique, provided the merchandise is eligible for return, according to our Online Merchandise Return Policy. Your receipt must be present at the time of return, and you must advise the staff member processing your return in-store, that the merchandise was originally purchased online.

All returning merchandise must be eligible for return, in accordance with our Online Merchandise Return Policy.

Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, manufacturer’s tags removed, or worn in any way).

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.

Please note:

  1. Returns received at Forever Yours Lingerie after 30 days of your order being processed, will be eligible for merchandise credit only, for a period of an additional 30 days, and only if the style is still being sold at foreveryourslingerie.ca in the same colour. Merchandise credit will reflect the most current sales price listed, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.
  2. Any merchandise received at Forever Yours Lingerie after 60 days will automatically be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
  3. Sale merchandise that was purchased in-store or online may not be returned for a full refund; sale items can only be returned for in-store or online credit, or exchanged. Clearance merchandise marked at 50% off or more from the original price, that was purchased in-store or online, will not be accepted for return,exchange, or store credit. If SALE items marked at 49% off or less are returned, it may be exchanged, or a merchandise credit will be issued for the current price listed on the website, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. (Except in the case where an item to be exchanged for is not currently in stock, but is a basic style at Forever Yours Lingerie, and it will be restocked in the near future. In such case, Forever Yours Lingerie will obtain your permission to process the exchange when the stock arrives.)
  6. We recommend that you send your return to Forever Yours Lingerie via an insured carrier. Forever Yours Lingerie will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  7. Forever Yours Lingerie will not pay the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, except in the case of incorrectly shipped items, or merchandise being returned because of manufacturer’s defect.


CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN

Returns with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box, will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at Forever Yours Lingerie. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.

Credit Card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Forever Yours Lingerie may contact you via telephone to obtain your credit card information, necessary to process any credit card refund. For your protection, please do not disclose any credit card information through mail, email, or voice mail message. Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Forever Yours Lingerie order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.


PAYPAL REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.

If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Forever Yours Lingerie order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the PayPal account used at the time of payment.

Please note: it may take up to 10 days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If you paid via paypal and are returning online merchandise in-store, you will be refunded either in the form of an in-store/online merchandise credit, or your paypal account will be refunded within 3 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
