In these unprecedented times, we would like to provide virtual bra fitting services to you in the comfort and security of your own home. Forever Yours Lingerie is now offering Virtual Bra Fitting with our trained Bra Fit Specialists. Through a simple and easy process, we will be able to assist you with your bra fitting needs and questions quickly and securely. Please read through the following information to book your virtual bra fitting appointment with us.
Step One: Book a Consultation
Click the following link to book your bra fitting consultation appointment with us. You will be able to select a day and time that works best for your schedule. Please allow 30 minutes for your bra fitting consultation appointment. Please note that there is a $10 deposit required to book a bra fitting appointment with us. This deposit will be put towards a purchase made during the virtual fitting. The $10 deposit is non-refundable without a purchase during this time.
Step Two: Complete the Questionnaire
Upon booking your virtual bra fitting, you will recieve a confirmation email to confirm your booking. In this email, you will find a questionnaire that will help your Fit Specialist understand your bra needs. Please complete this questionnaire no later than 2 hours before your appointment time. Step Three: Meet your Fit Specialist
At the time of your appointment, click the link in your confirmation email to launch the GoToMeeting video call. Ensure that you are using a device (phone, tablet or computer) that has a strong internet connection, a microphone and a camera. In order for you to connect, your fit specialist must first launch the meeting to allow you to join. You will need to enable the microphone and video at the bottom of the GoToMeeting screen, shown in the screenshot below. Once joining, You and your Bra Fit Specialist will discuss your answered questionnaire. Your fitter will then step away to grab a few options for you from our stockroom and upon return, highlight why they feel that this will be a good fit for you. The end of the call will be the time for any questions that you may have.
At this time, we are happy to arrange payment for any of the suggestions that you may be interested in. We will then ship the items to you, and upon receiving these items you are to request a Virtual Bra Fitting with the same Fit Specialist. The second appointment is where your fit specialist will assess the fit of your received items. Keep what fits, return the rest! It's that simple.
Step Four: Recieve your Items
In the Mail, you will receieve your shipped by Canada Post. When you receive them, please leave the tags on until you are sure that you would like to keep the items. Try them on and see how they feel! It is important to remember that adjustments may still need to be made! In Step Five, your fit specialist will walk you through the way to properly adjust your breasts into the bras we sent to you. This often makes things alot more comfortable. When you first put them on, it's completely normal if they feel tight! Just like a new pair of shoes, the bras we send you will feel a lot different than what you're used to. It takes a little while for them to soften and relax through the fabic and through proper fitting techniques, we will make sure it's a good fit for you.
Step Five: Book your Virtual Bra Fitting
This is where the magic happens. During this call, your fitter will help you assess, adjust and discuss how the items sent are fitting. They will review proper adjustment techniques and things to look for when purchasing bras going forward. The end of the call will be the time for any questions that you may have. FAQ's of Virtual Fittings
Q: I dont want to take my bra off. How can I do a virtual bra fitting if I don't feel comfortable showing my breasts?
A: We would actually prefer that you keep a bra on for the duration of the appointments! Not only for discression, but this makes it easier for the fit specialist to analyze your fit and see how it can be improved. If you're feeling a little exposed, have a tanktop pulled down and leave it around your waist so we can see your bra, but your still a bit covered. Boobs are our business. We arent here to judge, only to help! We see bodies of all shapes and sizes and we're happy to help them all. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, and if that means wearing a tanktop, positioning the video with only your torso (no face), we're happy to accomodate. When changing between bras that we have sent you, please just step off camera.
Q: How long is the fitting?
A: The virtual bra fitting appointments themselves are 20 - 30 minutes. The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Shipping times in between appointments depend on where you're located. It is our every effort to make this process as quick ans simple as we can, to ensure that you get into a great fitting bra as soon as we can!
Q: What if just have questions for a fit specialist, rather than a full bra fitting?
A: We have other means of communication with our fit specialists. Leave us a message on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. You're also welcome to email us at email@example.com. Both the chat and email are monitored by a few of our finest fit specialists that would be happy to assist you.
Q: How secure is your virtual fitting? How do I know that my information is safe?
A: Upon thorough investigation, we found that GoToMeeting is one of the most secure forms of video conferencing on the market. It offers end-to-end encription of the data transmitted. This means that only the users (our fit specialist and yourself) are able to partake in the exchange of information, and the transmission between the two devices is unreadable by other programs or devices. Q: What if I just want the first consultation appointment and then want to shop on your site on my own?
A: We are happy to offer that as an option as well. Please note that you will be charged a non-refundable charge of $10 for the virtual consultation. Your fitter will email you a list of links of bras that you discussed that you can then shop at your leisure on our site.
Q: Do I have to pay for the bras up front?
A: Technically yes. In order for us to send you the bras for your virtual fitting, the bras that you and your fitter decide on must be paid for before we send them out to you. You only keep what you like and send the rest back. Please note that return shipping is at the expense of the client, but we will ship any exchanges out free of additional charges. When those arrive back to us in new condition (no smoke or other smells, pet hair, residue) you will be refunded in your original form of payment.
Q: Can I do curbside pick up instead of having the bras sent out to me?
A: Absolutely! When your bras are ready for pick up, you will recieve an email notification and you can follow our curbside pickup procedure HERE.
